Heilongjiang China International
Travel Service was established in 1954. For the long history
and qualified service the company was awarded one of the top
hundred travel agencies by the National Tourism Administration
and one of the top five travel agencies by Heilongjiang Provincial
Tourism Administration. It was also the model company for the
CITS groups.
The company is authorized to promote and operate tours internationally
and domesticly.
It is endowed with experienced guides, who can conduct tours
in English, Japanese,Russian,Korean, French , German.
With quality service and guests first as its motto, the company

Fruitful yesterday and prosperous today of HLJ CITS could
have never appeared without your support and care , for which
I’d like to express our sincere gratitude to you on behalf of
all of our staff members .
Built in 1954 , ours is one of the earliest travel agencies
in China dealing with inbound travel and the earliest one in
Heilongjiang for outbound travel to Russia . Nearly 50 years
of the history have seen its excellent business and service
quality , for which we gained credit both at home and abroad
. We were awarded by the government once and again ，for example
,“5 Power ” International Travel Services in the province ,“100
Power ”Travel Services in China ,“Ice-Snow Cup”of quality travel
service of City Harbin , etc ..
